What do I do
I am a PhD student at the University of Warwick looking at how electric fields can interact with neurones.

My Study Path
Following my GCSEs I did my A-levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemsitry, AS English Literature and (of course) Urdu. I then went on to study Physics at the University of Cambridge obtaining a BA (Hons), then completed a MSc in theoretical physics from Imperial College London. Following this, I went to the University of Warwick to finish a MSc in Mathematical Biology and Biophysical Chemistry at the MOAC Doctoral Training Centre.

My Interests and Future Plans
Stay in academia and explore the mysteries of the brain/mind!

My Daily Routine
6am Wakeup, Fajr, Study of Holy Qur'an. 7.30am Breakfast + start work. 7.30pm Finish work

Best things (and worst) about research
I think research is the only job which requires you to be intellectually creative till your head explodes! One is learning all the time. The working hours are also flexible, but you do have to motivate yourself to get things done.
