"Andalusia was not a paradise stop being a lazy reporter stop distoring history.Muslim Andalusia was intolerant.

If it were not for Europe or christianity's evolution to humanism and democratic theories we all would be living in a saudi arabia religious police state.

Mr "Knight," please go and do some reading. It was the Muslims that created a justice system that protected Jews & Christians and gave them complete freedom to practise their religion at that time.

The legacy that was left by the civilised & progressive Islamic rule & society in Spain is clearly proven through architecture & literature - it was an enlightened & culturally rich period and place to be.
