North West Fazle Umar Football Tournament

The Nur team which was a combined team from Preston and Blackburn, won the 1st Fazle Umar football trophy defeating the Tahir team (Manchester South) 5-4 in the final. It was a thrilling final, with the Nur team leading 5-2 with 3 minutes to go. The opponents then scored twice in 2 minutes to set up a very tense last minute. Another goal would have meant penalties, but the Nur team held on for victory!

South Regional Inter Qiadat Football Tournament

On Sunday 28th November South Region successfully hosted an Inter Qiadat Football tournament at Waddon Power League. Thirty plus Khuddam braved the cold winter morning and afternoon to represent their respective Qiadats. It was the first Sporting event of the year under the recently appointed Regional Qaid, Kalim Tahir Sahib.
Upper Mitcham goes Paintballing

Upper Mitcham Qiadat arranged a highly enjoyable Paintballing event on Oct 10th, held in Cobham at Delta Force Paintball. Having obtained some good prices for the paintballing tickets, they managed to get together 20 Khuddam for the day.
