KHILAFAT CENTENARY ASCENT OF BEN NEVIS BY MAJLIS KHUDDAMUL AHMADIYYA (UK)

As part of the Khilafat Centenary Celebrations Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya (United Kingdom) took at team of 30 Khuddam to ascend the highest mountain in Britain oan Sunday 24th August.

The team consisted of 30 khuddam from various parts of the United Kingdom including Baitul Futuh, Baitun Noor, North East, Scotland, East, Hertfordshire, Middlesex and South regions.

The group began their trip with Tilawat of the Holy Quran and the Khuddam Pledge. They then heard a message from Sadr Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya UK.

The conditions on the day were particularly hazardous with extremely poor visibility, wind and rain. Alhamdolillah they reached the summit despite three injured members in their team. They reached the summit at 2.30pm and raised the Liwae-e-Ahmadiyyat along with the Flag of their country Great Britain. Zohr & Asr prayers were also offered at the summit in congregation.
