• Prime focus of the sermon was on how peace can be attained in this world
• This Friday was the first of both, the lunar and the solar calendars
• The start of these calendars marks a historic moment for Khilafat as this has never occurred in the history of mankind
• All Ahmadis should increase their supplications to Allah
• In Surah Jumma’a, Allah has specified that Muslims should leave all types of businesses to offer Jumma’a prayers.
• The era of the Holy Prophet (saw) was “the perfection of guidance” (takmeel-e-hidayat) and the complete and perfect book was revealed to him
• A book which contains the prophecies about all future discoveries and perfect guidance for mankind
• The Promised Messiah (as)’s era (present day), is the era of “perfection of propagation of the guidance” (takmeel-e-isha’at-e-hidayat)
• This means that the complete guidance that was revealed to the Holy Prophet (saw) will spread to the corners of the world
• Today’s technological advancements (press, satellite, internet etc) are being utilised to propagate this purpose
• Professor Abdus Salam found approximately 700 verses of the Holy Quran that were related to scientific information
• Every Ahmadi should implement the teachings of the Holy Quran in their own lives and spread these teachings to the world around them with great effort
• Only then they will become deserving of being named “khair-e-ummat” i.e. the best of nations. Else, we may fail to receive the favours of Allah.
• The recitation of Durood is the formula for acceptance of prayers
• Every Durood Shareef that you recite, ten sins are forgiven, ten good deeds are entered into your sheet of actions and elevates your status by ten degrees (Hadith: Nisai)
• The Holy Prophet (saw) said that he would intervene for anyone who recites Durood Shareef upon him, on the Day of Judgement
• However, only those whose hearts are pure will receive such intercession
• Today, many muslims are killing each other through suicide bombings or other means.
• All these muslims recite Durood, but will they receive the blessings of reciting Durood? That is the question!
• When reciting Durood, one should try to increase their love for the Holy Prophet (saw) and his family
• The current war between Israel and Palestine is imbalanced and disproportionate
• The Palestinians should bow before Allah and pray for his help and mercy and accept the Imam Mahdi of the present day
• If the conflicts of the world today are not resolved by peaceful means, a 3rd world war is imminent.
