Khuddam activities - South Region Khuddam and Atfal Ijtema 2011

Very Dear Khadim/Tifl,

Assalaamo Ala'ikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuhu, 
May the Lord of mankind always keep you and your loved ones under the wings of His Mercy, Ameen!
By now you would have received your invitation letter for our Regional Ijtema being held on 20th and 27th March 2011.
Regional Ijtema is a flagship event that helps us achieve objectives which are the very core of our Majlis i.e. moral &
spiritual uplifting of our members as well as fostering brotherhood amongst fellow Khuddam.
 
We are hosting this year’s ijtema on two separate Sundays to ensure that you are able to have maximum fun and
participation. On 20th March, we’ll be meeting at Baitus Subhan Mosque at 12:45 for a quick lunch and prayers. We would
Subsequently proceed to Oasis Academy for an afternoon full of Sports.
 
All the Formal Sessions including Academic Competitions will be held at Baitus Subhan Mosque on Sunday 27th March.
The day would commence with registration at 9:30am. Please note that Fahim Anwar Sahib, Sadr MKA UK, would be
chairing the inaugural session, therefore, please arrive on time.
 
Please book your time off work if necessary to be able to attend events on both days. I’m looking forward to meeting
