29 April - Tahir Region Atfal Attended a Regional Education and Fun day

On Sunday the 29 April at Baitul Futuh, Tahir Region Atfal attended a regional education and fun day. It was a new format for regional classes and turned out to be a huge success with 29% of Atfal attending on a rainy day. Everyone including the organizers had a lot of fun and enjoyed the half-day event. It started at 10am and finished at 2pm with Zohr Salaat. The Atfal played games and had a team quiz along with an interactive learning system. The teachers Mubashar Khan sahib and Mashud Ahmad Sahib, as well as Daniel Lone sahib (Games coordinator) used their laptops and projectors to show interactive slides and make learning and games visual and fun. The Atfal were served fresh fruit, crisps and soft drinks. The event was closed by an address by Naib Sadr MKA Najm Khan sahib who encouraged the Atfal to collect sponsorship and participate in the Charity Challenge on the 13th May. All the Atfal attending said they loved it and said what a great time they had. Everyone left having gained many valuable religious and moral lessons furthering their knowledge.

Fazl Mosque Ta'leem & Tarbiyyat Forum with Amir Sahib Ghana

In mid-April Fazl Mosque Qiadat held a Ta'leem & Tarbiyyat Forum with Amir Sahib Ghana. Amir sahib kindly agreed to give up some time from his busy schedule to come and talk to our Khuddam regarding various topics related to Ta'leem & Tarbiyyat. Amir Sahib came to the Fazl Mosque after Ishaa Prayer to talk Khuddam. Amir Sahib related to Khuddam stories of his past before he was the Amir of Ghana and various other times in his life. He also told Khuddam of the importance of the study and reading of books written by and about the Promissed Mesiah (as). Khuddam enjoyed the forum with Amir sahib, his exciting, interactive and emotive speech kept Khuddam engaged throughout the session. We are very Grateful that Amir Sahib took time out to come and speak to us, we learnt a lot about Amir sahibs life and the importance of Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya; as Amir sahib stressed to us the great work that he had seen done by Khuddam of Ghana and Pakistan 2 of the countries in which Amir sahib spent a great deal of time. Jazakallah Amir Sahib, we very much enjoyed your presence!
