Baitul Futuh Qiadat's Annual Local Ijtema was held on Sunday 22nd of January, 2012. It started with Fajr prayer. 114 Khuddam and 38 Atfal attended the Ijtema.

 

Breakfast started at 7:30am and registration started at 8:30am. The opening session started at 9:00 am with the recitation of the Holy Qur'an by Basil Ahmad Bajwa followed by the Khuddam Pledge, inaugural speech by Local Qaid Sahib and was followed by an address by Regional Qaid Sahib. Acadamic Competitions started at 10:00am.

 

Khuddam competitions were held in Tahir Hall and Atfal Acadamics were held in the Conference room. All Acadamic ran smoothly followed by Khuddam Sports. Zuhr prayer was offered at 1:00pm followed by Ziker-e-Habeeb Majlis with respected Maulana Naseem Bajwa Sahib in the Main Prayer Hall of the Baitul Futuh Mosque. After that lunch was served in Tahir Hall and then the remaining Khuddam Sports and all Atfal sports were held in Tahir hall.

 

Khuddam Sports included: Penalty Kicks, Badminton, Tug of War, Table Tennis

 

Khuddam proceeded to the mosque for Asr at 3:15pm and after Asr the Closing Session started at 3:30pm. The Closing Session Address was chaired by the respected Ataul Munim Rashid Sahib, Sadr Jama'at Baitul Futuh, followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony. The Ijtema ended with silent prayers led by the respected Munim Sahib.
