Around 30 khuddam travelled to York to take part in an army assault course and presentation. The coach left at 9am with the khuddam returning in the early evening.

The day comprised of army members putting the khuddam through their paces on one of their assault courses, showing them around the establishment, and explaining to them different procedures about the army.

In the afternoon there were presentations and talks by army heads to the khuddam.

The event was fruitful with the Qaid of Huddersfield also presenting some books about the Jamaat and the basics of Islam.

The khuddam and atfal thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were invited to come back to attend a 3 day course next year. The army members were pleased with the enthusiasm, determination and also cohesiveness and brotherhood of the team. They also highlighted how well the team worked and commented on the excellent behaviour of the members.

There was one Muslim member in the army who joined in congregational prayers. They were informed about the Jamaat and Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya by two members.
