By the Grace of Allah Almighty, Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Cheam held its Annual Ijtema on Saturday 28^th January 2012 at Baitul Futuh, Tahir Hall from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

The day started after Fajr Prayer with Breakfast at 08:00am. Croissants and doughnuts were given to attending members.

The opening session started at 09:30am with the recitation of the Holy Qur'an by Rafay Jadran followed by the Khuddam Pledge and opening speech by Qaid Sahib Kashif Khan.

The day was split in 3 sessions and started off with various sports competitions including Badminton, Table Tennis and Dodgeball for Khuddam and Football and Netball for Atfal held in Tahir Hall.

After an enjoyable sports session, Khuddam and Atfal proceeded with their academics competition comprising of Tilawat, Nazm, Extempore Speech and Prepared Speech. Atfal also competed in Adhan competition.

Zuhur Prayer was offered at 1:00pm followed by lunch at 1:30pm. After delicious Pizzas the Ijtema continued with its remaining program.

Regional Qaid Sahib Musawir Idrees and members of the Regional Amila joined the Ba’it Bazi and Team Quiz competition which resulted in a lively atmosphere.

Regional Qaid Sahib delivered a speech and stressed upon the importance of attending Jama'at events on a regular basis and to also educate their friends and family members to do the same.

Once the team competitions were finished, Tug of War and Arm Wrestling competition were held parallel from 5:30pm – 4:00pm.  

At 4:00pm the Closing Session started which was chaired by Mohtamim Amoor-e-Tuluba Dr. Tauseef Khan followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony.

The day ended with silent prayer led by Dr. Tauseef Khan Sahib.

Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Cheam would like to thank all participating members for a successful day.  A big thanks to the Ijtema committee which consisted of Umar Mansoor, Irfan Bhatti, Aqib Khan, Rafay Jadran, Pir Ijaz, Tanveer Khan, Shahjahan Bhatti, Ahmed Mansoor, Talha Khan Niazi and Kashif Khan through whose sacrifices and noble effort this day was made possible. May Allah bless every participating member and enable them to reach new spiritual heights. Ameen.
