Muqami Wales Trip

Between 7-9 July, 43 Khuddam visited North Wales, on the annual Muqami Region trip. It was an early start on Friday, with Khuddam praying Fajr behind Huzur (atba) in Fazl Mosque. 4 vans were hired for this purpose. The journey to Porthmadog, North Wales took around 5 hours, with a breakfast and tea break at a service station on the way. At Black Rock Sand Beach, after reading Jumma Khuddam took part in football, frisbee, and swimming. In the evening, every Khadim listened to Huzur-e-Aqdas’ Friday Sermon.

The next day, Khuddam took part in kayaking and speed boating. On the last day, the participants enjoyed a scenic ride up to the summit of Mount Snowdon, and were able to take in the view at the summit. Alhumdolillah, the trip was greatly received, with Khuddam enjoying the wide range of activities, and thanks to the ziafat team, great food. Above all, Khuddam were able to pray all five prayers in congregation, and thus our spiritual duties were not ignored. May Allah enable the ties of brotherhood forged on this trip to continue and fluorish.
