By the grace of Allah, over 90 Khuddam and Atfal took part on New Year’s Day Street Cleaning at various locations within the London Borough of Merton and London Borough of Sutton. 

After Tahajjud and Fajr on 1st January 2024, Khuddam met at Baitul Ehsan to find out their Qiadat’s allocated areas for street clean up. As the Region consists of 9 Qiadats and having been given 3 locations by the respective councils, the split was made easy and 3 Qiadats were allocated a location.

Street Clean Up was done at:

• Mitcham Town Centre
• Revesby Wood, St. Helier
• Carshalton Park, Carshalton

Khuddam and Atfal helped to clean up the litter that was spread across parks, nearby roads and high streets.
