Baitul Ehsan Regional Refresher Course
By the grace of Allah, MKA Baitul Ehsan Region held their Regional Refresher Course on Sunday 3rd December 2023 at Baitul Ehsan. Eight Departments were covered, namely Aitmaad, Maal, Khidmat-e-Khalq, Sehat-e-Jismani, Tabligh, Talim, Tarbiyyat and Waqar-e-Amal.
The event started with an opening session at 10:30am and included Tilawat with Translation, Pledge, Nazm, Welcome Remarks by Regional Qaid sahib, Opening Speech by Mohtamim Tarbiyyat Usman Shahzad Butt sahib. Respected Mohtamim sahib highlighted the importance of office bearers leading by example, especially in the current situation of the world to intensify prayers together with efforts to ensure we follow the guidance of beloved Huzoor (May Allah be his Helper). Mohtamim Waqar-e-Amal Mobushar Raja sahib spoke about the impact of the historic Pledge taken at National Ijtema UK 2023 and our responsibilities. This session concluded with silent prayer
Following announcements, the various departments broke out for their presentation sessions to go through their departmental roles. All departmental sessions had national representatives present for this session in order to give exact plan for the new Khuddam year to the regional and local counterparts.
In these sessions, the Regional Nazimeen and local Nazimeen had the opportunity to speak to national representative and/or Mohtamim to discuss plans for this year.
The highlight of this Refresher Course was then the Final Session which was chaired by Respected Sadr Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Abdul Quddus Arif sahib. In this session, he spoke with the present Amila members, who in turn had the opportunity to gain further insight into challenges faced. A very informative session concluded with silent prayer. At the end, all attendees had a group photo with Respected Sadr Majlis. At the end, lunch was served to all attendees.
