On the 18th of May 2024, Southall participated in the 16th stage of the Middlesex badminton league, which is a tournament set up to allow khuddam to express their love for badminton, and foster some healthy competition as well as come together for a unified cause. This helped strengthened the bond of brotherhood, and khuddam were encouraged to attend congregational prayer aftwewards, helping them come closer to the mosque.
