Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Baitul Ehsan Region had the blessed opportunity to serve in multiple National Events and Duties as well as arrange regional activities and events throughout this year.

In November 2024, the first regional Amila Meeting, in which Sadr MKA UK graciously presided kicked off the year with exciting plans and activities for the year. Key duties and events were hosting the various delegation groups of Khuddam from USA throughout November and December, in which the Khuddam from the Region provided transport as well as the hospitality and accommodation at Baiutl Ehsan Mosque.

In December 2024, the Region organised the Regional Refresher Course for the local office bearers within the region to find out the plan for the year, and for a team building event. Other activities in this month, to name a few, were Tree Planting Session, FajrFit Session, Tabligh Stall, various Waqar-e-Amal sessions (at Aiwan-e-Mahmood, Islamabad etc).

The new year started with Tahajjud, Fajr Namaz, Breakfast and Street Clean Up to mark the start of January 2025. Other highlights in this month was the start of local Ijtema’at held in various Qiadats. Additionally, a Student Social Event under Amoor-e-Tuluba Dept. was held in this month to bring students from the region together.

The local Ijtema’at continued into February 2025 with the remaining Qiadats all holding their local Ijtema during this month. The Regional Talim Department organised an interactive Musleh Maud Day for the Khuddam, and the Regional Tabligh Department held a Tabligh Workshop to equip Khuddam with basic preaching skills and knowledge.

The holy month of Ramadan was during most of March 2025. Khuddam stepped up to provide Daily Security Duties for Taraweeh and Fajr. Regional Dars was also held together with Massih-e-Maud Day. Additionally, a regional Tabligh Iftar Event was also held during this month at Baitul Ehsan Mosque. Furthermore, the missionaries within the Regional Amila were active in visiting a few primary schools within the borough of Sutton to deliver an interactive presentation to introduce Islam and Ramadan to young minds. Additionally, an Iftaar was also held for New Arriving Members to UK from abroad to make their transition a smoother experience. The month was rounded up with Eid ul Fitr and its various duties at Baitul Ehsan Mosque.

The Regional Flagship Event, namely the Regional Khuddam Ijtema was held in April 2025 at Harris Academy. Respected Sadr MKA UK presided over the final session of this event. Other activity within this month was the Street Clean Up with the London Borough of Sutton.

A variety of events were held during May 2025. The Regional Atfal Ijtema was held in Baitul Ehsan Mosque. Additionally, a trip to Istanbul took place for office bearers within the Region, who thoroughly enjoyed the trip. A survival camp was held at Hadeeqatul Mahdi towards the end of this month for Khuddam from the Region, who benefitted from this very much. 

June 2025 was also packed with multiple events within the Region. A Talim Event titled Faith & Knowledge Forum was held for Khuddam to ask any questions to be answered by Murabbiyan. Eid ul Adha Duty at Baitul Ehsan was largely covered by Khuddam. A Tabligh Mosque Tour of Baitul Futuh Mosque was arranged this month as well. Jalsa Nizamat Meeting was held for Khuddam to get an insight into the duty and to be fully prepared to serve the guests of the Promised Messiah [as]. A 6-Month Review Meeting with Aitmaad Department was also held this month.

In July 2025, the full attention was given to Jalsa Salana UK, in which Khuddam participated in many Waqar-e-Amal sessions as well as Nizamat Duty Training Days. Despite this busy schedule, there was time earlier in the month to hold a Regional Cricket Tournament.

During August 2025, main duties were the wind up of Jalsa Salana UK as well as duties at Summer Camp at Jamia and Social Media Event at Baitul Futuh. Additionally, the sunny days brought more regular options to arrange Tabligh Stall at local high streets.

In September 2025, Khuddam from the Region have helped tirelessly with the National Flagship Event, the National Ijtema. Tasks involved the Site preparation on a new site on a daily basis.

Entering the final month of MKA Year, October 2025, a regional Go Karting Event was held as well as a special dinner for the Khuddam who assisted with National Ijtema Site Setup Team. We were graced with the presence of Respected Sadr MKA UK.

Countless other events, that were held regular throughout the year were:

• Weekly Talim & Tarbiyyat Class
• Weekly Friday Security Duties at Baitul Ehsan Mosque
• Weekly Ishaa + Indoor Games Night at Baitul Ehsan Mosque
• Monthly Fajr Behind Huzoor
• Weekly Sports Sessions (Football, Cricket, Badminton)

A year goes by, still leaving room for improvements despite having a fully packed calendar of events. Let us hope and pray that Allah the Almighty gives us more of these opportunities for the upbringing and reformation of our youth members.
