Alhamdulillah, local Qaideen and Motamideen gathered for a 6-Month Review Meeting with National Motamid sahib and his Aitmaad Team on Monday 16th June 2025 at 7:30 PM at Baitul Ehsan Mosque.

Prior to start of meeting, dinner was served. Following that, the meeting started with silent prayer. Afterwards, respected Umair Bashir sahib, Motamid MKA UK, went around the table to hear from Regional Qaid, Regional Motamid, the local Qaideen and Motamideen about the Aitmaad Department in their respective region and local Qiadat. He further gave valuable advice on how to improve further and be more effective, so as a result, all the local Amila also functions as they should to make the local Qiadats and the Region stronger.

Local Qaideen and Motamideen had the chance to get further insight from the Aitmaad Team, highlighting the challenges they face to ensure accurate reporting is submitted each month. The positives were highlighted by Regional Motamid (eg. reports being submitted on time), but also mentioned areas for further improvement.

The meeting concluded shortly after the break for Ishaa Namaz.
